Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment please give 24 hours notice. If cancelling within this time or no showing you will be charged 50% of the total treatment/s.
If having lash extensions, 50% of full sets total price and £20 fee for infills.
You cannot rebook until this is paid.
Lash extension training requires 48 hours notice if you need to cancel. Deposit is non refundable and non amendable.
