FAQ's
What do I wear for a massage?
I recommend you come in clothes you are comfortable in. For the massage I will ask you to just wear underwear with your bra removed preferably. If you feel uncomfortable in just your knickers you are welcome to wear a pair of shorts.
For men, boxers are fine, or again shorts if you're uncomfortable. You may just need to roll them up slightly for the legs.

There is no need to shave/ wax, I don't mind body hair at all, it's natural. Please don't feel self conscious about it!
What do I wear for a facial?
Again, arrive in clothes you are comfortable in, I will ask you to remove your t-shirt/ jumper and slip off your bra straps. For men, remove your t-shirt.

Please arrive with all makeup removed, this will save time during your appointment. The facial includes a scalp massage so be prepared for oil to be in your hair (we can skip this if you prefer to keep your hair clean.)
What does a full body massage include?
60 minutes: back, back of legs, front of leg, arms, décolleté and scalp.
90 minutes back, back of legs, front of legs, arms, tummy (optional), décolleté, face and scalp.

If there are areas you would like to skip in order to allow more time on another then please let me know.
I want a treatment but I'm self conscious..
This is very common particularly among women. Please rest assured this is a non- judgmental environment, as a therapist I am not looking at your body like that, I focus on specific areas and merely see them as a body part.
I have performed hundreds of massages and seen every type of body. I genuinely believe every body is beautiful.
Rest assured, during a full body massage when turning you onto your back I will hold up the towel but I will be behind and won't be able to see you at all. At no point will you be exposed for me to see you. Modesty is a priority to me, I want you to feel as comfortable as possible.
